- * letter of support from the student's supervisor(s), with engagement to cover the registration and travel costs
While the amphiteatre can hold up to 200 people, there are only 40 places available for tutorials and labs with robots: due to limited places in the summer school for the practical sessions, a letter of engagement signed by the Academic or Industry supervisor of the applicant, confirming the support for the registration and travel costs of the applicant, is required to be accepted.
Applications evaluation process: Applications will be evaluated on the following metrics: motivation, education, research interests and practical experience, community involvment/outreach activities. The selection process for the 40 places for the tutorials and labs will prioritize students and academics. To secure place(s) for industry, we invite companies to consider becoming sponsors of the event. (please contact the organizers for more details). Notifications of acceptance / rejection will be notified via email.

Registration fees:
Full registration (lectures, coffee breaks, tutorials, labs, lunches, social events)
- Students (PhD, master, etc): 540€
- Post-doc and faculty: 600€
- Industry: 900€
Registration fees cover summer school costs, and include coffee breaks, lunches and social events.
Light registration (lectures + coffee breaks only)
- Students (PhD, master, etc): 100€
- Post-doc and faculty: 150€
- Industry: 500€
